ultimate capsule wardrobE | The 3 pieces you need
I was never much of a black colour type person and this is definitely an interesting start to this blog because it will be about how to style black signature garments. You want your garments to look trendy but stay relevant for more than a year. To look expensive but not bankrupt you entirely and be the perfect finishing touch to outfits without outshining what’s underneath.
Outfit 1 : We all need a black coat in our wardrobe to build a capsule collection that will last for years to come and go with all your looks. It doesn't need to be super expensive to be good quality - luckily more and more brands are investing in good quality and if you want to hold into it for a few years and be a versatile piece then be prepared not to buy the cheapest one. Here are a few options for you - one of which is mine - and the look details.
Outfit 2. Faded black jeans
I haven't loved a pair of jeans for that much in a long time. Might be because I haven't own a faded grey - black faded jeans at all before. The more relaxed-fit jeans are trending this year and are a wardrobe staple for almost any occasion. From work to the cocktail nights, these black faded / grey denim looks can be styled to suit virtually any outing. They also make for the perfect transitional piece to try out the hottest trends without sacrificing the feeling of comfort. I love adding a classy shoulder black back as the finish accessory.
Outfit 3 . The total black outfit
Its start with a black blazer , a solid foundation for any closet, especially if you’re the neurotic, capsule wardrobe type. You can truly wear it with everything in your closet, from jeans and trousers, to skirts and dresses, literary everything. Get inspired to wear one from my look below.
